Jennifer & Andrew Stekhoven

Few pieces hold as much history as this one. Jennifer's engagement ring began as a Victorian mourning ring from 1839 — its Diamonds already more than a century and a half old when they came to us. We lifted those storied stones and reset them in delicately worked Platinum, paired with a subtly detailed Platinum band, so their brilliance could begin a second life.

But we couldn't let the original yellow gold go to waste. We recycled it, finished it with a gentle hammered texture, and shaped it into matching wedding bands for Jennifer and Andrew — so a fragment of 1839 now sits on both their hands.

This wasn't only design. It was the honour of weaving nearly two centuries of history into a new chapter.
